These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text messages sent by Stability LeadGen (“Stability,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to individuals who have provided appropriate consent to receive text communications from Stability.

1. SMS Program Description

Stability may use SMS messaging to communicate with individuals who have requested information, submitted an inquiry, scheduled a demonstration or appointment, become a customer, or otherwise consented to receive applicable text communications from Stability.

Messages may include:

Responses to inquiries
Appointment or demonstration confirmations and reminders
Customer support communications
Service and account updates
Follow-up communications requested or authorized by the recipient
Other communications consistent with the consent provided

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Stability.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

Stability sends SMS communications when the recipient has provided appropriate consent or when otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

Message frequency varies.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Mobile Information and Consent Data

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for unrelated marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to service providers as reasonably necessary to facilitate delivery and operation of Stability’s messaging services.

8. Eligibility
