3. Information We Process for Business Customers

Stability provides services to other businesses.

When an individual calls or otherwise communicates with a business using Stability’s AI receptionist, Stability generally processes that information on behalf of the business customer in order to provide the requested receptionist and communication services.

The business customer determines how its receptionist is configured, including what information may be requested, what services are discussed, how calls are handled, and what follow-up actions occur.

Questions concerning a particular business’s use of caller information should generally be directed to that business.

Stability may separately process limited information as necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, support, and improve our services and to satisfy legal obligations.

4. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

Stability uses artificial intelligence and automated technologies to provide portions of its services.

These technologies may process telephone conversations, transcripts, caller information, business information, and other communications in order to understand requests, generate responses, document interactions, route information, and perform configured receptionist functions.

AI systems may make mistakes or misunderstand information. Customers and callers should not rely on Stability’s AI services for emergency communications or other situations requiring guaranteed human response.

5. Call Recording and Transcription

Depending on the configuration selected by a Stability customer and the technologies used to provide the service, calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed using automated technologies.

Applicable laws concerning recording and monitoring communications vary by jurisdiction.

Stability customers are responsible for configuring and using the service in accordance with laws applicable to their business and communications, including requirements concerning notice and consent.

6. SMS and Electronic Communications

Where Stability sends text messages, we use telephone numbers and messaging consent information to provide the communications for which the recipient has provided appropriate consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

Recipients may opt out of applicable SMS communications by replying STOP. Where supported, recipients may reply HELP for assistance.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS opt-in data or consent, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to service providers that support delivery of requested messaging services, but SMS opt-in information and consent will not be transferred for unrelated marketing purposes.

Additional information is available in Stability’s SMS Terms.
